Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle. Identify medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and reassess each resident. Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions, personnel performance, resident needs, and nursing supply requirements. Deliver nursing care according to physician orders and established standards while ensuring preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines. Full-time and part-time roles require weekend availability, with night shifts running from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Starting hourly wage is $20+. Certification or similar experience is required, along with willingness to respond to all emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Med aide certification or similar experience
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or apply for and receive an approved exemption
