Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and delegated by nursing staff, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting of side effects or condition changes. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers while following individualized care plans. Perform narcotic counts, medication cart audits, and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment. Report resident changes, incidents, or injuries immediately to leadership. This role requires Medication Aide certification and offers flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Ability to push medication carts
- Ability to assist residents with mobility
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
