Medication Aide

Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living residents in compliance with Federal, State, and SSMG guidelines. Report resident health changes and provide proper documentation to the Wellness Director. Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain close communication across all departments. Deliver educational meetings to residents and staff as requested. Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to the Safety & Disaster Plan. Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings while striving to maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to all policies and procedures of SSMG. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
