Job Summary
Medication Aide position in Colorado Springs (SCFH) focused on assisting with medication administration under supervision, monitoring vital signs, supporting residents with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing), encouraging participation in activities, and providing light housekeeping and meal-service support. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Medication Aide certification or equivalent credential in the state of Colorado
- Ability to administer medications under supervision
- Ability to monitor vital signs and document health data
- Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in elder care
- Physical stamina to stand for long shifts
