Job Summary
As a Medication Aide at Regency Newcastle, you assist our senior residents with daily well-being, including medication administration and personal services, while following the resident service plan. Responsibilities include completing nursing treatments, monitoring vital signs, maintaining medication/treatment records, coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, and families to ensure timely medication delivery, storing medications properly, following infection control procedures, and supporting a home-like environment. Qualifications include a CNA license, approximately six months of senior caregiving or med pass experience, and English-language report composition. The role reports to the wellness director and offers benefits and a full-time schedule.
