Medication Aide, QMAP, or L1MA

As a Medication Aide, QMAP, or L1MA on the Day Shift (5:45 AM–2 PM), you will administer medications to residents and support their daily activities. Responsibilities include setting up and passing medications, narcotic counts, pulling and destroying expired meds, documenting changes on MAR, and coordinating with pharmacy and health services. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, meals, and resident safety, provide compassionate care, and may lead shifts as needed. Requires knowledge of medication administration, ability to read MARs, and strong interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, families, and staff. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; state-specific certification in medication administration and CPR/First Aid as required.
