Job Summary
As a Medication Aide, QMAP, or L1MA on the day shift, you will assist residents with medications, prepare and pass meds, perform narcotic counts, and support daily living activities while ensuring safety and dignity. You will document changes, coordinate with health professionals, manage MARs, assist with meals and transportation of supplies, respond to call lights empathetically, and participate in trainings. A state-regulated medication administration certification and CPR/First Aid are required per regulations, with a preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
