Medication Aide / Med Tech - Senior Living

Provide resident care services in Assisted Living, including assisting residents with medications as allowed under state guidelines, and aiding with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, incontinence care). Collaborate with Resident Services to ensure continuity of care, participate in and lead resident activities as needed, and maintain a friendly, service-oriented approach to achieve resident satisfaction. Works under supervision of the Resident Care Director and adheres to company policies and drug-free workplace guidelines. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with hourly pay ranging from $19.32 to $23.37 based on experience; benefits include medical/dental/vision, supplemental insurance, 401(k), and equal employment opportunity commitments.
