Job Summary
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers. Provide companionship, engage residents, and build meaningful relationships while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. Administer medications according to Virginia requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate resident changes to the care team. Work closely with nursing and care teams to deliver compassionate service. Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no appointment needed. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. Candidates must meet applicable Virginia medication aide training and certification requirements if applying for Medication Aide or Med Tech roles.
