Medication Aide (LSSL)

Medication Aide at Ledgestone Senior Living is responsible for safely administering medications to residents per physician orders, monitoring health and reporting changes, assisting with activities of daily living to support comfort and dignity, building meaningful connections with residents, and contributing to a welcoming, homelike environment. The role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals, on-the-job training with potential certification for medication administration, and participation in employee perks and programs such as PTO, discounts, referral bonuses, training opportunities, and CE reimbursement. Residency within the state of employment is required.
