Medication Aide ( Full Time) (SCNH)

Administer and manage medications under supervision while monitoring and recording vital signs for elderly residents. Support daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing, and foster resident participation in social engagements. Assist with light housekeeping duties and meal service to maintain a pleasant living environment. Requires strong organizational skills, physical endurance to stand for the majority of the shift, and a positive attitude.
