Job Summary
Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans, while accurately documenting administration and maintaining records in our system. Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns, and promptly report to nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction, and build meaningful connections with residents, families, and fellow team members. Required Qualifications
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, depending on state requirements)
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults
- Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation
