Job Summary
Medication Aide to administer medications under supervision, monitor vital signs, assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, and support light housekeeping and meal service. Roles include fostering a supportive environment and helping residents participate in activities. Requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and physical endurance to stand for much of the shift; experience in elderly care and ability to assist with medication administration under supervision are important.
