Medication Aide

Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living residents in compliance with Federal, State, and SSMG guidelines. Report changes in resident health, document incidents, and respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments, provide educational meetings for residents and staff, and uphold the Safety & Disaster Plan. Preserve resident confidentiality, attend required training and meetings, and maintain a safe environment through accident prevention and safe working practices. Adhere to all policies and procedures while performing other duties as assigned.
