Medication Aide

Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living residents in compliance with Federal, State, and SSMG guidelines. Report changes in resident health and provide proper documentation to the Wellness Director. Respond quickly to all emergencies and maintain close communication across departments. Deliver educational meetings for residents and staff as requested. Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Attend required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Uphold a positive professional demeanor while preventing accidents and preserving equipment.
