Job Summary
Provides medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living for seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and continence. Supports senior admissions, discharges, transfers, and orientation of new employees; follows care plans and department protocol; prioritizes assignments to meet changing needs; complies with HIPAA and safeguards PHI. Administers medications and treatments under RN direction within facility policies/procedures. Requires active MA40 and CNA licenses in NE; 18+; 6 months caregiving experience preferred; part-time evenings (2pm-10pm) with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Active MA40 license in the state of NE
- Active CNA license in the state of NE
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred
