Administer medications to incarcerated patients according to facility protocols and physician orders. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and document all medication administrations in the electronic health record. Collaborate with nursing staff and correctional officers to ensure safe and timely delivery of care during 12-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Maintain current registration with the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry to remain eligible for this position.
