Job Summary
Provide essential support to residents in medication management and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a senior care environment. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to medication administration policies, following doctors' orders, and maintaining resident safety. Candidates should possess strong observational skills, reliability, and a commitment to respecting the elderly. An HHA certificate and New Jersey state med tech certification are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least an HHA certificate
- Applicants must hold a New Jersey state med tech certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia
- Solid understanding of MAR’s and doctors’ orders
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work one weekend day per week
