Job Summary
Administer medications and provide direct care to older adults in a senior living community. Complete required medication training and follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining strong communication skills. Work in a fast-paced environment as part of a compassionate team, with previous experience serving older adults preferred. Schedule includes full-time night shifts, part-time day or night options, and rotating weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour plus shift and weekend differentials.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older unless active on the Nurse Aide registry
- High school diploma/equivalent required unless active on the Nurse Aide registry
- Must be able to successfully complete required medication training
- Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working with older adults preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working as part of a team
