Medication Aide 2nd shift

Support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions. Maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information while exhibiting a positive customer service attitude. Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision and participate in designated facility in-services. Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities. This Full Time 2nd Shift Caregiver role grows into a Medication Aide position after training at Parkside Senior Living, a progressive senior living community serving over 50 facilities across six Western states.
