Medicare Sales Field Agent in Lexington, KY, a field-based role within a designated territory. Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings (Life, Dental, Vision, Prescription). Engage through face-to-face connections via grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals. Collaborate with a team of 8–12 agents under supervision of a Senior Manager and Regional Director to expand Humana’s market presence. Requires active health insurance license or ability to obtain, valid driver’s license, and the ability to reside in the local territory to serve the community; travel within the territory and occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
