Job Summary
The Medicare Retention Specialist role focuses on supporting member retention for Medicare Advantage members through inbound/outbound calls, educating members on plan benefits, addressing disenrollment risks, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Fully onsite in Doral, FL, with a standard M-F 8-5 schedule; entry-level to develop customer service and healthcare expertise with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems and ability to learn new systems quickly)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
