Job Summary
Manage incoming calls and respond to enquiries from individuals, stakeholders, staff, and the general public in a professional, timely manner. Provide administrative support to program managers, create strong customer relationships, and maintain a warm environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, while coordinating appointments, managing activity schedules, and booking meeting rooms. Maintain accurate records of visitors and service usage, ensuring all inquiries are handled with respect and privacy. Work between 7:30am and 6:00pm on a rotating roster. As the first point of contact for the Medicare Mental Health Kids Hub, you will refer individuals to appropriate services and uphold the organization's commitment to child safeguarding.
Required Qualifications
- Have the availability to work between the hours of 7.30am to 6.00pm on a rotating roster
- A current National Police check
- A current full Driver's Licence
- A current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A sound general knowledge of all Marymead CatholicCare programs and services
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated high level of initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to determine priorities and effectively meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Advanced computer literacy levels
- A compassionate and patient approach when dealing with children and families
