Job Summary
Medicare Insurance Agent to join an on-site/hybrid sales team in Johnson City, TN for inbound/outbound calls, lead follow-up, and seminars. Responsibilities include educating beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans; scheduling appointments and enrollments; documenting interactions in CRM; meeting daily activity and sales goals; and staying current on Medicare regulations and compliance. Requires an active health insurance license; AHIP is preferred or willing to obtain. This is a full-time hourly W-2 position with company-provided leads, training, coaching, and growth opportunities. On-site/hybrid work location in Johnson City, Tennessee with a hybrid remote option.
Required Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License required
- AHIP certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous Medicare sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with inbound and outbound calling environments preferred
- Comfortable with public speaking and seminar presentations
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
