Job Summary
Market Zing Health Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plans to eligible beneficiaries across the service area, conducting in-home visits and seminars to drive enrollment. Generate leads through self-directed marketing activities, convert appointments to enrollments, and manage retention while maintaining acceptable disenrollment rates. Forge partnerships with community leaders to execute strategic event marketing and achieve corporate enrollment goals. Strictly adhere to CMS and Zing Health regulatory guidelines. Requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, Illinois Producer's License, and ability to travel throughout counties and work evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of previous sales experience
- Previous sales experience preferably in Medicare sales
- Familiarity with Managed Care targeted population
- Illinois Producer's License for Accident and Health
- Car and valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance coverage per state law
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Verbal & Written)
- Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and to small and/or large groups
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as assigned
- Pass annual Medicare Sales Certification and Re-certification requirements
- Travel throughout the plan service area
- Strict adherence to all CMS and Zing Health regulations and marketing guidelines
- Strict compliance adherence
