Job Summary
Develop high-quality content for publications, advisory boards, and training materials while leveraging AI-enabled tools to ensure scientific rigor and accelerate turnaround times. Gain an understanding of client treatment landscapes to produce strategically aligned materials, assess project challenges, and implement solutions that meet productivity, quality, and compliance goals. Participate in client meetings, collaborate with internal teams on multiple concurrent projects, and actively contribute to refining the company's LLM by applying deep therapeutic area expertise.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in life sciences, MD, or PharmD
- At least 1 year of work experience in an agency, the pharmaceutical industry, or a related scientific or medical writing position
- Commitment to ethical and transparent data dissemination standards
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex or diverse information
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group problem-solving solutions
- Strong attention to detail and listening skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and have excellent time management skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with EndNote
- Proficiency in AI-enabled writing and research tools
- Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness working within fully AI-integrated workflows
- Travel within the US and internationally as necessary, based on project, sponsor, and organizational needs (<20% travel expected)
Desired Qualifications
- Preference will be given for experience in hematologic or solid tumor oncology
- Working knowledge of digital marketing
- At least 1 year of experience as an oncology (solid tumors and/or hematologic malignancies) medical writer
- Familiarity with EndNote or other reference management software and publication database (ie, DataVision)
- Proficient in PubMed or other scientific/medical search websites
- Familiarity with Google or similar calendar system
- Proficiency with Zoom (or other similar systems) preferred
