Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner in Modesto, CA for 100% outpatient weight-management practice. Role supports adolescent and adult patients with a mixture of consultations and established visits, averaging ~20 patients per day. Board-certified NP with Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification required within 12 months of start. EHR: Epic. 4.5-day work week. Relocation assistance available.
