Job Summary
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner to provide 100% outpatient medical weight loss care for adolescent and adult patients in Modesto, CA. Responsibilities include a mix of consultations and established visits, typical of about 20 patients per day, within a 4.5-day work week. EPIC is the EHR; bariatric/obesity medicine certification is preferred now and will be required within 1 year. Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner
- Bariatric and Obesity Medicine certification preferred (will be required within 1 year of employment)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Experience with Epic EHR (Epic)
- Outpatient weight loss management experience
