Outpatient medical weight loss practice led by a board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner. Provide care to adolescent and adult patients with a mix of new consultations and established visits in a 100% outpatient setting. Manage a caseload of ~20 patients per day with Epic EHR; participate in a 4.5-day work week. Relocation assistance offered. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Location: Modesto, CA; emphasis on bariatric/obesity medicine and outpatient weight-management services.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner
