Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner needed for 100% outpatient weight loss care in Modesto, CA. Responsibilities include a mixture of consultations and established patient visits for adolescent and adult patients, averaging about 20 patients per day, with a 4.5-day work week. Certification in Bariatric and Obesity Medicine is preferred and will be required within 1 year of employment. Strong preference for Spanish/English bilingual candidates. Experience with Epic EHR is expected. Relocation assistance is offered. Competitive compensation with annual base salary in the $150k–$160k range, plus performance bonus, CME/business expense allowance, malpractice/tail coverage, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) options.

- Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner
- Bariatric and Obesity Medicine certification preferred (will be required within 1 year of employment)
