Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner needed for a 100% outpatient obesity medicine program in Modesto, CA. The role covers adolescent and adult patients with a mix of consultations and established visits, treating about 20 patients per day. Work schedule is 4.5 days per week with Epic as the electronic health record. Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification is preferred and will be required within 1 year of employment; bilingual Spanish-English strongly preferred. Relocation assistance is offered.
