Job Summary
Outpatient medical weight loss role for a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. 100% outpatient, with both adolescent and adult patients, averaging 20 patients per day. Mixture of consultations and established patient visits. EHR: Epic. 4.5-day work week. Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification preferred and strongly preferred to obtain within 1 year. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Relocation assistance provided. Location: Modesto, CA in the Bay Area region with access to Yosemite, wine country, Lake Tahoe, Monterey.
Required Qualifications

- Bariatric and Obesity Medicine certification preferred (will be required within 1 year)
