Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner needed for a 100% outpatient weight-management program in Modesto, CA. Responsibilities include a mixture of consultations and established patient visits for adolescent and adult patients, averaging about 20 patients per day, with an emphasis on bariatric/obesity medicine. Use of Epic EHR; 4.5-day work week; relocation assistance offered; bilingual Spanish–English preferred. Competitive compensation with annual base salary of $150k–$160k, group-based benefits, malpractice tail coverage, CME/expense allowance, and performance bonus potential. Certification in Bariatric/Obesity Medicine is preferred and required within 12 months of employment.
