Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner sought for 100% outpatient weight loss program. Provides care to adolescent and adult patients with a mix of consultations and established visits, averaging 20 patients per day. Epic EHR, 4.5-day work week, and a growing multi-specialty group. Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification preferred and must be obtained within 1 year of employment. Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred. Location: Modesto, CA. Relocation assistance available.
