Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner sought for 100% outpatient weight-management practice in Modesto, CA. Responsibilities include a mix of consultations and established patient visits for adolescent and adult patients, treating approximately 20 patients per day with Epic EHR support in a multi-specialty group. Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification is preferred and will be required within 1 year of employment; bilingual Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Competitive compensation ($150k-$160k/year), relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability, malpractice tail coverage, 401(k) and CME/business expense allowance) plus performance bonus. 4.5-day work week in a stable group with opportunities surrounding Bay Area access and outdoor recreation.
