Job Summary
Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner needed for 100% outpatient weight loss clinics in Modesto, CA. Role includes a mixture of consultations and established patient visits for adolescent and adult patients, treating ~20 patients per day, with Epic EHR. Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification preferred and will be required within 1 year. Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred. 4.5-day work week with relocation assistance and a competitive compensation package, including group malpractice and tail coverage, CME allowance, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
- Bariatric and Obesity Medicine certification (will be required within 1 year of employment)
