Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner needed for 100% outpatient weight-loss practice in Modesto, CA. Responsible for mixed outpatient duties including 20 patients per day through a combination of consultations and established visits for adolescent and adult patients. Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification preferred and to be completed within 1 year. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. EMR is Epic. 4.5-day work week with relocation assistance; competitive compensation with benefits, malpractice tail coverage, and performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner
- Bariatric and Obesity Medicine certification preferred (will be required within 1 year of employment)
- Spanish and English bilingual strongly preferred
- Experience providing outpatient care in weight-loss/obesity medicine setting (adolescent and adult patients)
- Epic EHR proficiency (or experience with Epic)
