Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner needed for a 100% outpatient weight-loss clinic. Responsible for care of adolescent and adult patients with a mix of consultations and established visits, seeing 20 patients per day. Work within an Epic-based EHR environment. Bariatric/Obesity Medicine certification is preferred and will be required within 1 year of employment. Strongly preferred Spanish–English bilingual capabilities. Located in Modesto, CA with relocation assistance offered. 4.5-day work week; competitive compensation ($150k–$160k base) and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner
- Bariatric and Obesity Medicine certification (preferred and to be obtained within 1 year)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred)
