Job Summary
Board-certified Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner needed for 100% outpatient weight management program in Modesto, CA. Mix of consultations and established visits for adolescent and adult patients; about 20 patients per day; 4.5-day work week. EHR: Epic. Relocation assistance offered. Competitive compensation with 12% 401(k) match, CME allowance, full benefits, malpractice tail coverage, and performance bonus potential. Bariatric and Obesity Medicine certification preferred and will be required within 1 year of employment. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
