Job Summary

Manage a profitable portfolio of loans, deposits, and fee income for physicians, medical practices, and law firms, typically overseeing assets exceeding $45MM and generating $3MM in annual revenue. Proactively originate new business through leads, referrals, and personal networking while acting as the primary relationship face for assigned clients. Develop annual business plans integrating marketing, client acquisition, and service delivery strategies. Coordinate relationship strategy sessions, document all interactions via CRM, and establish market visibility through local events and non-profit committee participation. Mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks within individual practices. Requires 7+ years of financial services experience, Series 7/66 licenses, and strong deposit and credit acumen.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 or more years of lending or relationship management experience in the financial services industry
  • FINRA: Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses
  • Demonstrates basic to solid investment knowledge and the ability to deliver basic Financial Planning via Financial Profiles Forecaster software
  • Strong credit knowledge to personally deliver standard commercial credit and consumer credit to assigned clients
  • Possess very strong deposit and general banking acumen to deliver advice on banking products such as deposits, credit cards, mortgages, etc.
  • Basic wealth management knowledge
  • Excellent and proven oral, written and group presentations skills
  • Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check
