Job Summary
Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers. Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers, push and maneuver carts weighing up to 200 lbs, and weigh incoming waste using the Weighbridge system. Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport while operating forklifts and hand trucks. Complete required paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, organized work area. This permanent, full-time role offers consistent Monday–Friday 2nd shift hours (3PM–11:30PM) with a competitive $19.00 hourly wage and benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment
- Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners
- Team-oriented
- A stable work history and commitment to showing up every day ready to work
- Must be able to lift 50–75 lb containers
- Must be able to push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
- Must be able to operate forklifts and hand trucks
- Must be able to complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Must be able to work closely with teammates
- Must be able to load and unload trucks
- Must be able to prepare and pack outgoing customer orders
- Must be able to weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM)
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week)
