Job Summary
Develop medical strategies and plans by identifying unmet needs, addressing knowledge gaps, and leading scientific affairs teams for pre-launch activities. Manage budgets, oversee clinical trials execution per ICH-GCP standards, and facilitate interactions with Key Opinion Leaders and advisory boards. Ensure compliance with Roche standards while responding to customer inquiries, triaging unsolicited reports, and managing adverse event and product quality complaints. Lead strategic projects to accelerate innovation adoption and support regulatory access for Roche products in Tunisia and Libya.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree
- Scientific background
- Fluent English language knowledge, written and verbal
- MS office literate
- Knowledge of ICH, GCP and local regulations
- Experience in the principles and techniques of data analysis, interpretation and clinical relevance
- Experience in working with senior business leaders, clinicians and regulatory authorities
- Strong organization skills
