Job Summary
Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip and pick up clients from the place and at the time they've requested. Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage while listening to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions. Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions as needed, ensuring car seats, wheelchairs, and stretchers remain clean and comfortable. Schedule regular car service appointments and perform car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness. Report any vehicle issues promptly. Must be on time every time with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. We provide drivers with our own vehicles; no personal car required. Weekend availability occasionally needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Driver
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Minimum visual acuity corrected to 20/50
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift heavy weights
- Availability to occasionally take weekend
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
- A high school diploma
