Job Summary
Provide safe transportation for students to medical appointments and maintain flexibility in weekday hours. Facilitate communication between nursing staff and medical professionals while offering personal care and instructional support to students unable to attend class. Contribute to the cleanliness of vans and transition to working as a Teacher's Aide in the classroom to offer direct care and assist with educational and therapeutic services. Accept feedback, attend meetings and trainings, and implement positive behavior support practices to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass a tuberculosis (TB) test
