Job Summary
Medical Toxicologist faculty role in Prisma Health’s Department of Emergency Medicine. Lead and contribute to an active inpatient toxicology consult service within a large, multi-hospital academic system (Level 1 adult trauma and Level 2 pediatric trauma; affiliated with a 600+ bed tertiary center and a dedicated pediatric ED). Responsibilities include shaping the Emergency Medicine Residency Program, advancing scholarly output in Emergency Medicine and Toxicology, and participating in advanced ultrasound and medical education fellowships. Requirements include BC/BE EM and Toxicology (or eligibility for toxicology fellowship graduates), active clinical practice in EM/toxicology, and a track record of scholarship and education in the subspecialty. Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine and Toxicology (or eligibility for recent Toxicology Fellowship graduates)
