Job Summary
Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with minimal supervision, producing accurate and timely results for specific patient age groups. Assess data reflective of patient status to identify age-specific needs and provide care aligned with department policies. Perform phlebotomy and interpret information required to address patient requirements relative to their specific needs. Work as a Laboratory Generalist with strong Blood Bank experience on the evening or night shift at this 50-bed facility.
Required Qualifications

- ASCP certification
- ability to work in all areas on the evening or night shift
- M.L.T. ASCP
- M.T. ASCP
- experience with Phlebotomy
- Associate Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science
- Successful completion of an approved Medical Laboratory Technician program or ASCP qualified by years of experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology or related field or graduation from an approved School of Medical Technology and/or ASCP qualified by years of experience
