Job Summary
Demonstrate thorough working knowledge of instruments and equipment, providing troubleshooting guidance to staff and collaborating with vendors to resolve complex issues. Coordinate the development of training materials, initiate SOP revisions, and lead CDx studies investigations while serving as a subject matter expert for department-wide initiatives. Analyze existing processes to create new approaches for improvement and ensure timely completion of assay validations. Support client audit processes and respond to department inquiries, maintaining extensive knowledge of all department functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical or biological science
- Be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
- Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- 5 year or more working experience in Histology/APH testing
- CET-4 or higher certification
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient with computers
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team environment
