Job Summary
This position involves performing clinical laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and instrument maintenance under the supervision of the section head. The medical technologist will demonstrate technical skills and knowledge in Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Urinalysis, utilize laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with established SOPs and quality control protocols. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and accurate recording of test results in the LIS system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Must be ASCP certified
- Five to ten years' experience
- Ability to work independently
