Medical Technologist I -PRN

Performs accurate, precise, and timely laboratory tests as part of the Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist role. Evaluates and reports test results while ensuring regulatory compliance consistent with quality standards. Demonstrates Mercy Signature Service in all internal and external interactions. Works within the provider care team to support diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patient conditions and aligns with mission and service standards. Shift options include Evening, Night, Holiday, and Weekend for PRN staffing. Education pathway requires an Associate's degree with certification options including MLT/MLS (or completed within 6 months of hire) and potential Bachelor's as a preferred qualification; 3 years of acceptable clinical laboratory experience is referenced as a preferred qualification.
