Job Summary
Clinical Laboratory Technologist (MLS) Generalist performs routine and complex testing, determines specimen acceptability, operates and troubleshoots instrumentation, makes technical testing decisions, tests and evaluates reagents/controls, reports results, conducts preventive maintenance and quality control, replenishes supplies, and assists with specimen processing. Must maintain a safe work environment with PPE, collaborate in a team, and possess strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills. Eligible for Labcorp benefits with a part-time schedule (1st shift) at Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital in Franklin, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology
- 1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience OR MLS degree
